Art.Nr.: 254-N-PR-7
The supraclavicular plexus block is a form of regional or plexus anesthesia in which the puncture site is above the collarbone. By injecting a local anesthetic, the nerve cords of the brachial plexus are temporarily switched off. Typical indications for performance are surgical procedures on the arm and shoulder (with simultaneous blockage of the suprascapular nerve), pain therapy, e.g. for neuralgia, CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) or phantom pain. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-p9We5i23M
