This diagram shows methods of minimally invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Various parameters that are essential for hemodynamics, such as SV (stroke volume), SVV (stroke volume variation), CO (cardiac output), CCO (continuous cardiac output), MAP (mean arterial pressure) and SVR (systemic vascular resistance), are obtained by means of a pulmonary contour analysis (change in pressure over time -> "area under the curve").
